Cascade Stall & Barn, LLC — Refund & Returns Policy

At Cascade Stall & Barn, we put a lot of pride into what we build, and we want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Some of our products are custom-built to individual specifications, which limits what can be returned.
Custom Orders
Anything made to customer specifications is considered Custom. Once production has started and the item matches the final, agreed-upon details, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Standard (Non-Custom) Orders
We may allow returns on Non-Custom Goods (products built to our standard specifications). Please note:
A restocking fee of up to 40% of the purchase price may apply.
Shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be returned in brand-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging (all parts and hardware included).
Return acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of Cascade Stall & Barn, LLC after inspection.
Return Process
Email Us Send the order number, item(s), and reason for return to office@cascadestalls.com.
Wait for a Reply Cascade Stall & Barn will review and respond within 3 business days.
Get Instructions If the return is approved, instructions will be provided including the return address, any RMA details, and the exact restocking fee.
Ship the Item Back The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. An insured, trackable service is strongly recommended, as the customer assumes responsibility for loss or damage in transit.
Refund Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method. Cascade Stall & Barn will notify the customer once processing is complete.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Custom Goods
Products showing signs of use, alteration, installation or damage
Items missing original packaging, parts, or hardware
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect:
The customer should take photos of the packaging and product immediately.
Cascade Stall & Barn must be contacted within 5 business days of delivery.
Please note: Carriers often require prompt photo documentation and original packaging for claims.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Nothing in this policy limits any rights guaranteed under Washington, U.S., or Canadian consumer protection laws. Cascade Stall & Barn, LLC will honor those rights where required.
